Not fancy, but great for the price

The building I lived in was clean; my neighbors were generally kind and quiet. The only issue with other tenants was handled by the office staff really quickly and reasonably. The office manager ALWAYS remembered me even though I traveled and was hardly there. She made the experience feel so much more personal than I expected living in a cheap-ish complex just off campus. I would definitely live there again.

There's a fenced-in area for dogs that other residents are great at sharing. And… having it there meant there was little issue with pet waste elsewhere on the property. Plenty of dog waste bins available on walks around the area.

I’ve had no issues since move in. Neighbors are quiet and mind their business. Area is clean no bug issues. No issues with safety or management. They’re quick to respond to any issues or concerns. Highly recommend.

Don’t give this one a chance

I have a friend who has lived here for around two years. While living here, this property’s basic build apartments are not good and the rent is higher then it should be for what you are getting. The amenities it has (pool, gym) are barely functional and/or small. And do not bring friends or family around, the complex is not ok with cars in their parking lot though the lot is more than have empty 24 hours out of the day.

This apartment complex is the best it has great space and the kitchen is awesome also the staff is amazing here they were so sweet to me and the landlord was so sweet to and the maintenance was sweet to and they are there when you need the m so i am definitely renewing my lease next month also i recommend this apartment complex.

Everything was GREAT!!! Im a first timer and i can't wait to love here !!

It's amazing !!! Everyone was great it took a week to move in !!! So excited .... 6 months later and still love it !!! It's amazing place to live !!! The land lord is amazing !!! Everything is great
