A first glance

The person who was giving me the tour was well informed and helpful with discussing the different options I had. It was very quiet and the apartments are a great size.

Great place to live

I moved into my one bedroom apartment here at Gatehouse in August, 2018. The living room and bedroom are spacious. The kitchen small but totally serviceable with lots of cabinets. It's also a generally quiet facility.
Maintenance staff here are wonderful! They know what they're doing and always respond promptly.
Office staff are friendly and courteous.
The property is well landscaped and maintained.
I'm quite pleased I found Gatehouse!

If you have no other choice, this is the place for you.

I signed my lease over a week ago. The stove still won’t light! They act like I have never used a gas stove before!
They did fix the refrigerator that was rocking anytime you touched it but so far that and putting a window lock on, that I could have bought at the Dollar store, onto a window that doesn’t close is all they have done.
Very disappointed that I’m stuck here for 13 months.

Don't Do It !!!

This place sucks, don't waste your time or money. Bed Bugs are rampant. Water leaks and cheap ovens need constant maintenance. Unreasonable rent increases are to be expected. Office management and maintenance will enter your apartment with or without notice.
