I’ve been living here for almost 4 years now, the apartments themselves are decent, but management has changed 4 times within that time, and has gotten worse by the year. Maintenance barely comes around and pest control only comes maybe twice a year.

Hello Valued Resident! Thank you for your review. Pest control serviced all units once a month in Q4 of 2024, and a notice with this schedule was sent to all residents on 10/02/24, with frequent reminders given. Additionally, a new staff was... implemented in July of 2024 to ensure better service, and we are diligently implementing policies and procedures to ensure the community thrives in not only 2025 but years to come. If you would like to discuss anything with our on-site staff, please feel free to stop by our office or call us at (859) 484 - 6903 any day, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm, and speak with the Community Manager.

DONT RENT HERE

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is literally run down. ROACH infest, never give notices when they are coming into apartments. As well the management here is worse than a 2 year old tantrum. No one is ever in office and if you try and call them they don’t ever answer. Why have a phone number available but never answer the phone? They will literally give you random fees. Do not recommend

Love this place and the staff

I moved in about 4 months ago and had a minor issue and they were there to fix it the very same day I reported it. Staff are friendly.
