They will keep charging you extra, dirty, property management is never constant. Don't even call they will not answer. Burgs every where in the apartment. No matter how you try to keep the place clean. I would give negative stars if I can

I applied here and spent $105 on application fees only to never hear from them again. I tried multiple time to call them and left messages that were never returned. They couldn’t even be bothered to send a quick email. I was accepted at another complex shortly after with no issue so I have no idea what happened here, but the lack of communication with the money I spent was extremely rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend to anyone.

Went and toured the property, liked what we saw, and put in an application. Spent $105 in fees for myself and my family and then never heard from them again. Called several times and left messages that were not returned. Applied to another complex a week later and was accepted no problem. It’s crazy that I paid so much and then didn’t even rate a phone call or an email.
