Don’t get me wrong. I love my room and the quiet neighborhood. The maintenance guys have an amazing turnaround and management is always willing to help. But I cannot understand the lack of sufficient visitor parking. Every night, there are cars parked on the street between the apartment and Kroger. On the weekends, close to 10 cars are parked out there because there is only 1 visitor parking for the back buildings. Please come up with a solution. Visitor parkings are pretty much only available... around the leasing office. I can’t invite anyone because I don’t want my guests to walk so far.

Chinoe Creek Apartments are set in a beautiful location, with convenient services nearby. Other than lawn-mowers from time to time, the noise level is not intrusive or bothersome. The apartments are well-maintained and managed, roomy, and well-layed out.
