How Is This Rating Determined?

Poor communication

Very poor communication and not flexible management at all, I paid off my lease just few months before its end date and I was never contacted about any remaining balance in my account (due to claimed unclear damages) after I left. Not recommended at all.

We appreciate your feedback and would love to take this opportunity to explain our move-out process. Residents who have recently moved out are notified, via the email provided to our community, of any balance due. Our software automatically... generates three emails prior to sending accounts to collections. We would certainly welcome any conversation regarding unclear damages. We hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

Not a quiet place!

Management do not have a set rent for apartments and they make up as they go.Train noise is disturbing throughout the night specifically after 2 am and trust me it keeps you up all night. No white noise machine can help the situation. Great for non working retirees but not for a working professional. They charge For water, insect spray and 40 dollars for garbage collection. Due to stores you hear maintenance noise outside 24/7. I cannot handle it and moving out after 2 years.
