I was visiting a friend at Valleyfield and I have to say it looks really nice and well kept! You can tell your employees take pride in their property! I stopped in and asked Valerie about the different apartments there. She was super helpful and personable! While I was in the office, Quinton (I believe she said) stopped in to tell her about some repairs and maintenance he had completed. They seem to work very well together and are concerned about doing things right for their residents. If I... decide to rent in Lexington, I will stop here first!

Make It Home!
Valleyfield is a wonderful place to live, because it doesn’t feel like a traditional apartment complex with it’s one-floor design. You don’t have apartments above or below you and only a few apartments in each building. The property has lots of trees and a quiet setting, yet close to Hamburg and Richmond Road for convenience of large variety of businesses and Jacobson Park. The apartments have a cottage feel with a fenced patio . They also have utility rooms with pull down steps that go up into... an attic area for extra storage. The property team consists of Jackie (Mgr), James (Maintenance Mgr), and Tiffany (Maintenance Associate). I can tell you they are the finest apartment team you’ll ever experience! They get to know all the tenants and pets, and sincerely care for each ! They strive to meet the needs of all their tenants in a timely manner! I have lived here for 12 years, so I am writing this review with many years of experience! And that is why I have made this my home for over a decade, and plan to continue moving forward!!
