Poor Communication and Unprofessional Interaction
I’m extremely relieved that I decided not to move forward with this apartment complex. During the application process, the required deposit changed from $200 to a full month’s rent, with little to no clear explanation. Communication throughout was poor and inconsistent, which made it difficult to get straightforward answers.
Customer service was especially disappointing. My interaction with Bethany was unprofessional—she was argumentative, dismissive, and handled questions in a way that felt... immature rather than helpful. It gave me serious concerns about how tenant issues would be handled after move-in.
After doing more research, I also found numerous complaints from current tenants, which further confirmed that this was not the right place for me. Transparency, professionalism, and respectful communication matter, especially when people are making major housing decisions. Unfortunately, this experience lacked all three.
I’m thankful I avoided what seems like a stressful situation.
