I have been a resident at Park Place Apartments for over a year, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The grounds are absolutely stunning, with beautifully landscaped lawns, walking paths, and plenty of green space, making it a peaceful and serene place to call home. The apartments themselves are impeccably maintained, with a variety of well-designed layouts to suit any need. Whether you’re looking for a cozy one-bedroom or a spacious two-bedroom, there’s an option that will fit... perfectly.
What truly sets Park Place apart, however, is the exceptional maintenance staff. They are always prompt, courteous, and ready to assist with any request. From routine maintenance to unexpected issues, their professionalism and dedication to keeping everything in top condition are unmatched.

Theres no way any apartment complex is better than Park Place Apartments on Tates Creek Road! The amenities such as the pool, the fire pit area, and the work out room (including the half indoor basketball count) are fabulous. Oh and the Maintenence crew? I cant brag enough on those guys, like Micah! They come so quickly after you submit a request and basically whatever your issue was is fixed by the time you get home from work. The grounds are always immaculate- rain/snow/ice/or shine. And all... my neighbors are so friendly! I have made some amazing friends! Its like being on a vacation resort 24/7. And I cant a better location in Lex. #1 by far!! The staff are super cool, and they go above and beyond when planning events such as pool parties, Holiday parties, and other special events that make us feel so connected and appreciated! I dont foresee myself ever wanting to move honestly.

I spent a month looking for an apartment and Park Place was by far the best. Their maintenance crew is the best. I had a minor issue pop up with dryer vent and Micah was here in less than an hour. He was so professional. I have also used Boyd come by several times and he was so nice. Maintenance always follows up to make sure everything is taken care of to my satisfaction. The grounds are kept in perfect condition. They are always having appreciation events for the tenants. The best in Lexington... .
