Absolutely abysmal management that lets the breezeways fill with trash and neighbors over-occupy. Amenities are quickly becoming outdated and access to facilities removed due to lack of staff management. The office computers and printer never work and are always out of ink despite years of complaints. They lock you into their internet service and don't allow access to better priced, faster services. Single worst fridge I've ever had in my life. The walls are paper thin and you can hear someone... on the first floor from the third. Every. Single. Door shut echoes throughout the entire complex.
Upon vacating my apartment after several years, I was blatantly lied to about what would be acceptable conditions, told during the final walkthrough it was fine, and shockingly was hit with excessive fines that more than consumed my deposit and still expected to pay hundreds of dollars for insignificant infractions such as smudges on a microwave and a missing door stop. They made zero attempt to give me notice or allow me to rectify the situation. Blatantly extortive and abusive practices.

Great Apartments
We looked into 8 or 9 complexes in the area, including the tracery which they referred to as a "sister apartment" with similar floor plans etc, but we loved how helpful Leila was in making this a smooth transition for us, she kept in close contact with us making sure to update us on the status of our apartment ( we were on a waiting list) After moving in we met with the maintenance team who were very friendly and quick to fix any problem we may encounter, We love this place, would definitely... recommend !!!!!
