New management company came and took over and swore it was going to be better but all they done was raise the rent for these raggedy apartments. I went to the office today. I called first at 1 o’clock and left a voicemail about my toilet being clogged. I never heard anything back by 2:30 so I went to the office in person and reported it. She said someone will be right over. I came home at 7:30 tonight Was still in the same condition but they want thousand dollar rent make this makes sense you... want us to live in the slums but pay money like we’re in nice apartments makes no sense I reported in September that my heat was broke again. Worst place I could imagine living. Building is filthy and smelly all the time, people prop the door open 24/7, I’ve only lived here for a couple weeks and already had to report multiple problems multiple times and nothing has been done. When I moved in, there was a hole in the flooring and a trash bag in the closet. I saved the best part for last-I’ve never even seen a roach until I moved here. I got my car window broken, I got my apartment robbed, they even took the toilet paper from my apartment and the management doesnt even cares. Its one of the worst area of lexington. You always find some one asking money or looking at you out side. all I want to say is if you moving here be safe..

Nice apartments and they are on top of maintenance. Friendly staff. Good location. Every store I need is within a mile radius.

I live on the 3rd floor with a balcony with one of the Best views in town ! Every thing is only 3 blocks away - grocery , drug, dollar ,Stores - Library . The apts. are roomy and the Bldg. is secure. The grounds are picked up daily. The Bldg is attractive White brick , Mansard roof , Freshly painted balcony's And the hallways have New laminate flooring .Park Vista is a fitting name! as the park is just 1/2 a block away .I Highly Recommend Them !
