Awful experience

We moved into this apartment expecting a move-in ready home and unfortunately had a very stressful experience from the beginning. Within days of move-in we experienced multiple maintenance and habitability concerns, including ongoing HVAC problems, plumbing leaks, a missing/defective patio door handle and lock, and concerns involving water intrusion and possible mold around the HVAC area. We also found evidence of pest activity in parts of the unit.

While maintenance did eventually respond to...
several items, many of the issues required repeated follow-up and were not fully resolved during the time we lived there. The HVAC system in particular continued malfunctioning even after attempted repairs.

Communication was one of the most frustrating parts of the experience. We often struggled to get clear updates regarding maintenance timing and next steps, and at one point experienced a lock issue where we were unable to access the apartment and could not reach emergency maintenance assistance. When we asked about not hearing from them, we were informed that lockouts are not part of emergency maintenance but that the door knob with a lock should have been removed prior to move in.

As a couple preparing for the arrival of our baby, this experience was extremely stressful and ultimately led us to vacate the apartment shortly after move-in because we did not feel the unit was in a safe and stable condition for our family.

I would strongly encourage future residents to thoroughly inspect their unit at move-in and document any concerns immediately.

Warning

I toured the apartment on April 17 and submitted my application that same night, hoping to move in by April 23. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was never informed whether my application was approved or denied. When I finally got someone on the phone, they vaguely mentioned needing a new co-signer but wouldn’t explain why. The leasing agent then said they would call me back, which she never did. I called and visited the complex several times with no answers. Eventually, I found out on their... website that my application had been canceled with no explanation.

To make matters worse, when I visited the property, I spoke with a resident who was moving out and he warned me that maintenance was terrible and the management just wants your money. Based on my experience, I would caution anyone considering this place to think twice.

Amazing Staff and Great Apartments

I have a one bedroom COZY apartment and great location. Utilities stay on the low side and the community is mostly quiet. The staff have been very kind, responsive and take care of anything I mention quickly. I would recommend this beautiful community to anyone.

You've been warned...

Moved in with no issues and thought the place was great. As time went by I started to realize hardly ever answer their phone, never respond to email or voicemails. Had a few maint issues at the beginning and they were taken care of in a timely manner then the service just went down hill. I had a mouse issue that lasted a month before there was any action. It took forever for them to reach back out and to fix the issues. When telling them I need a call before and after with updates I never... received them. It was really upsetting they would be coming into my apartment and I was clueless when they would and what happened. Then another issue had risen and I attempted to contact the higher management and still to this day has not responded. I left 4 voicemails, sent a certified mail, and sent emails daily for about a week.

The WORST apartment complex in Lexington

No idea where to begin. I unfortunately signed a 12 month lease and I regretted it since day 1. You don’t get to actually view the apartment until you sign your lease. The apartment was filthy when I first received my keys. Holes in the ceiling and flooring, broken microwave and dishwasher. Light bulbs were all out in the living room, had to go buy new ones to replace. Maintenance is an absolute JOKE. Every time I put in a maintenance ticket they would mark it off as completed without even... coming inside the apartment. You can hear squirrel’s running in the roof and scratching at vents every day. It has been a nightmare living here. The office staff tried charging me the wrong amount and when I reached out to correct her she “looked at her screen wrong” which makes me wonder how many other times she’s charged the wrong amount. There are plenty of other better options for apartment living, I PROMISE. This one is not worth a penny. DON’T DO IT.
