Well Managed Community with Outstanding Staff
Living at The Avery has been a great experience from day one. The leasing office is outstanding with Shay and Caleb being genuinely helpful, responsive, and professional. They make the entire process feel easy and are always willing to take the time to answer questions or help with anything that comes up. You can tell they actually care about residents, which is rare.
Maintenance has also been excellent. Robbie is prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. Any request I’ve submitted has been handled… quickly and correctly, with clear communication throughout.
The amenities really set this community apart. The fitness center is well equipped, the pool and outdoor spaces are clean and inviting, and everything feels thoughtfully designed and well maintained. It’s clear the property is run with attention to detail.
Overall, The Avery delivers on location, service, and amenities. If you’re looking for a well managed community with a team that truly goes above and beyond, this is the place.Review from Apartments.com
