Walls are paper thin; do not move here
The Savannah Oaks Townhomes may appear to look nice on the outside, but do not let appearances fool you — it is a Ball Homes project, so the construction quality is questionable at best. I have been a renter for more than 15 years and have NEVER lived in a place where I could hear my neighbors’ every movement as vividly as I can here. Even the exterior walls do not provide much sound barrier, expect to be awoken several times a night by the neighbors’ loud vehicles outside.
The street is narrow... and neighbors will block your driveway (even though street parking is “forbidden”... everyone ignores this rule and makes it impossible to pass).
I regret moving here every day and can not wait for my lease to end.
