Overall it is a good community to live at.The main concern we have here is our AC unit and there is always problems with the trash compactor.

I have been living here at the Resort at lake crossing since 2017 and find it's the best complex here in Lexington. Staff is professional and friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond. Very well maintained. Safe and friendly community. Love it here.

Extremely happy as a resident here… safe community! Staff and contractors are always very polite - all work is done in a timely manner and do great work! It’s definitely worth a tour to see this beautiful apartment complex.

Some days abuse of the compactor becomes annoying , but it only takes a very few folks to make it harder on all of the rest of us. Some of the abuse is from outsiders I am sure because the compactor is so close to the public street. I think management does all it can to minimize this problem , but I think it is likely not solvable 100% Everything else here is top notch!
