Worst rental experience

Renting with Broadway management group this past year has been nothing but a horrible experience. I was happy that I found a place for me and my son that was affordable but as things started to go wrong and issues were not properly solved I seen that I made the wrong choice in renting. For example I've had termites and was told my the BMG to just sweep them up, I had little heat in my apartment with a $400 LG&E bill, because of poor maintenance and heating equipment, Just to name a few things... that have happened this past year. My recommendation find someone or someplace else to rent from.
