For local excursions, hop on the LouLift, a free, electric bus fleet with onboard Wi-Fi that services 4th Street, the downtown shopping district, and beyond. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs; Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are not permitted. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
