Avenue Plaza
This is a very sturdy high-rise building with a great surrounding landscape. It has easy access to the downtown metro area by bus, car, or simply walking. Walking provides an excellent form of exercise. There are recreational and scenic spots located downtown or near by, including the popular " Churchill Downs," the "Belle of Louisville," I-MAX Science Center, and "Slugger Field!" The Fire Department, Law Enforcement Department, and Court House, are within the same general area. The... apartment complex is 18 stories high with outside benches, trees and flowers. "Welcome to Louisville, Kentucky!"
