Horrible!

Belmond Flats management is clueless to the community needs of their tenants. They recently “opened” the pool…. It’s almost never open. The hours of operation are horrible 11a-7pm Tuesday-Sunday and closed on Mondays for so called “maintenance.” First off, how do they expect folks to access the pool during hours people are typically at work? Second, they have CHAINED the gates closed several times on days/times when they were supposed to be open (we pay fobs so what is the purpose of chains?)... Since opening the pool was closed on major holiday, on a Saturday and during the week during operating hours without notice!!! Personally, I moved here BECAUSE of the pool since my physical therapist recommended it for my healing.

Also, this entire last week during the hottest days, the garbage can was full and trash was lined up all over the sidewalk. Rats, mice, raccoons and coyotes had a field day. It makes no sense to pay top dollar for amenities that we constantly lose access to without notice or to smell trash a mile away. They also use a towing company that has creepy men going around all hours of the day looking at people tags. I thought the creepy drivers were stalking people since they walk around and take PICTURES of license plates all hours of the night. It’s supposed to be a safety/security feature of the complex, but it seems like the towing company is getting a high off it or like it’s a game to see how many cars they can tow in a day. It’s ridiculous! DO NOT MOVE HERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND HEADACHE! Also, thoroughly read through your lease regarding the amenities hours before you sign it. You don’t want to be in the same situation us tenants are in.
