This apartment complex is poorly managed and has rude and disrespectful staff that will do absolutely nothing if you have any problems I’ve lived here for two years and had nothing but problems including property damage, flooding, and utilities not working even after putting in Over 5 work orders the issues with my apartment have still not been resolved I personally cannot wait till my lease is up to get out especially after recent renovations that were done poorly by painting over damages to... the siding and painting over all the plants in my yard

bad management old apartment and bad insulation
This by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in . When the Ac Brooke they didn’t fix it and I stayed with no AC for 2 weeks . The insulation in this apartment is very bad , old windows and doors the air is blowing so strong my electric bill is around $400 . I wouldn’t recommend living in here .

Warning! Do Not Disregard the Negative Ratings!
We lived here about 4 months before finally notifying the office of our intent to buyout of the lease.
Residents HAVE TO use a specific internet provider, MDU Netech. We paid for the "best" package they offered, 200Mbs download for about $105/ month, because they do not offer gigabit fiber like the leasing agent told us.
MDU Netech wanted my employer to help them foot the bill for an infrastructure upgrade that would allow them to provide the level of service I was told already existed when I... moved in.
MDU Netech's customer support person told us that filing a complaint about how an issue with their payment method caused my internet to go out during work meetings with a major customer wouldn't change anything. They said that they don't get complaints. I have asked several other residents about their opinion of the internet service. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE has complained about it.
We had to wait 3 days without service when signing up because we moved in on Saturday and the following Monday was a holiday. When we were finally able to determine the service did not match our needs, which we previously expressed to the leasing agent, we were told that our only option would be to buy out of the lease.
Our fridge sporadically dumped water on our food. It occurred only once while maintenance was there. They decided to monitor it after clearing the drain, but it never occurred while they were around again, and so it was never fixed or replaced.
Our electricity bills have been through the roof. The AC is always running, and even with all the doors open, there is about a 5 degree (warmer) difference in the bedrooms. AC was not able to get the temps lower than 75 degrees during summer days.
There isn't enough hot water to fill our tub half full before running completely cold.
Shortly after moving in, we had a problem with gnats flying around throughout the house. We had to setup several traps for weeks.
We could hear our downstairs neighbors' conversations clear as day, and they confirmed that they could hear ours as well. Fortunately though, our neighbors were great people all around.

I moved in back in January 2019. I love this place, the staff are always courteous and helpful. I like that packages are delivered to to office so I don’t have to worry about someone stealing them during the day while I’m at work. I love my fenced in back yard it is great for my dog in the summer when I sit on my patio and read my book and let him run around. The fire places are nice and cozy as well. The walk in closets are huge and have plenty of space. You have our door storing for your... holiday decorations which is great as well. The property is very quiet no issue with loud neighbors of loud cars in the parking lot. I will be renewing my lease I just can’t say enough great things about it!

Seems Nice, But Not Worth It
The Apartment Pros: Nice floor plan. Walk-in closet was nice. Washer and dryer hookups if you have your own. You have the option to choose an updated unit. The grounds used to be an old tree farm, so there are mature trees on the lot. Online rent payments was helpful.
The Apartment Cons: The walls are painted with some cheap eggshell paint that shows every single scuff, and shows your attempt at wiping anything off the walls. Runny dried paint on the cabinets and pantry. My tub and shower... literally had a coat of paint over it, as if the painters just went at it with a paint gun, and it would chip off every time I took a shower! Windows are not energy efficient, which drives up prices in winter months. Train noise. You can hear every sound your neighbors make. The dishwasher takes 2 hours to run one cycle. Maintenance never once came to change my air filter. The pet fees are outrageous. Rusted-out cars in the parking lot.
