Love The Baxter and my apartment! My only complaint is that it can be a bit loud on Thursday mornings when trash gets picked up, but the location is unbeatable and the amenities are solid. The office staff is always super friendly and helpful and I’ve made a lot of good friends living here!

Great spot. This is the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived at. Maintenance is pretty quick to help with issues and the common areas are well kept, especially when compared to other places I've lived before.

I love it here! Best apartment I’ve lived in! Super peaceful besides my upstairs neighbors:) they sound like their running a marathon with how loud there steps are when home, but everything else is amazing! The pool, fitness gym, lounge, garage, and courtyard is great!"
The Baxter is situated in such a. Great location. It’s a close commute to Indiana, but also so close to great restaurants and shopping stores on Bardstown Rd. There is beautiful neighborhoods around with historical homes, where I... often take walks to enjoy nature! You’re also so close to the beautiful Cherokee Park.
Definitely worth the price you pay!

Really astounding apartment complex in the heart of the Highlands. Spacious and comfortable living quarters with new and clean amenities. Great staff who are always available and go out of their way to make sure your needs are met.
