I Love living in clean areas

I absolutely love these apartments! There’s a dog park and lots of grassy areas to walk my dog around. The grounds are very well kept and clean. The swimming pool is big. The gym is fantastic and has everything I want and more. The staff are amazing, especially Austin and Scotty. They have been so wonderful with everything and are incredibly helpful. Not to mention I feel really safe and in good hands. All these attributes make me happy to live here, year after year.

No parking anywhere.

Nice property and good neighbors but there is no parking anywhere. Hope you’re ready to get your steps in. I often have to park a quarter-mile away from my building. It’s pretty ridiculous for the price we pay to live here. They sent a survey to all residents asking if we would be in support of designated guest parking but of course they didn’t follow through with it

The complex is beautiful and we like the people that work here. However, we have had 4 separate water leaks/issues in the year and a half we have lived here. Water coming through kitchen ceiling three times and once water pouring from ceiling in garage when it rained. There are obviously some design construction issues at play, we don’t blame the maintenance crew here. For the amount we pay in rent, we should not be having these many issues.

Great place to live! Completely different from other apartments I’ve lived in. A lot of space, very modern and clean. Maintenance staff is awesome! Put in an order and someone is there within the next day or two. Great gym, resort style pool and many tables, awesome environment. Love it here!
