No parking anywhere.

Nice property and good neighbors but there is no parking anywhere. Hope you’re ready to get your steps in. I often have to park a quarter-mile away from my building. It’s pretty ridiculous for the price we pay to live here. They sent a survey to all residents asking if we would be in support of designated guest parking but of course they didn’t follow through with it

The complex is beautiful and we like the people that work here. However, we have had 4 separate water leaks/issues in the year and a half we have lived here. Water coming through kitchen ceiling three times and once water pouring from ceiling in garage when it rained. There are obviously some design construction issues at play, we don’t blame the maintenance crew here. For the amount we pay in rent, we should not be having these many issues.

Great place to live! Completely different from other apartments I’ve lived in. A lot of space, very modern and clean. Maintenance staff is awesome! Put in an order and someone is there within the next day or two. Great gym, resort style pool and many tables, awesome environment. Love it here!

Beautiful and modern apartment. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Amenities are amazing. Huge pool and nice fitness center. Staff works hard to keep everything nice and clean. Neighbors are all lovely as well.
