City View Park Apartments

The apartments would be extremely nice if they would fix what is broken. They are income based apartments. However, I am employed and pay rent and they still will not fix leaks, cracks in windows, walls, ceilings, floors, toilet. They will not replace the tub or toilet. The rent office is so busy in your business they will not fix broken fixtures. However, they are continuously threatening to evict you if you pull up on the grass to drop your groceries off. They even come up with stories about... people living in your home that are not. They will not stop the individuals or evict the ones who cause all the trouble and have criminals living with them while shooting up the neighborhood damaging peoples property. The individuals in the rent office Jacque and Mrs. D are rude, mean, and very jealous of tenants who are trying to make a living and make it out. They sneak around and show up to individuals places of employment stalking them. They stalk the premises on the weekends or have maintenance do it for them and I have personally seen the maintenance grew purchasing drugs. I have had someone go into my apartment and steal clothing and coats. The heating furnace does not work properly. Anytime someone moves next door to me my light bill increases $100 more. They do not paint the units after so long of a family living in it. They do not clean the carpets. This place is horrible!!! The rent office team are horrible individuals. Read More

these are the worst apartment to live for the never fix any thing and they have roach in every building and wont help get rid on them.
