Eleven Oaks

I am a current resident and once again am submitting a review of my experience with the staff here... James he maintenance tech has been phenomenal this week in addressing my issue. My neighbor upstairs had a water accident and water cascaded down into my bathroom, opening the ceiling and drenching the whole area... James is in day 2 of restoring me to "exactly" as I was before!
James only has to come back tomorrow for a final painting and has vacuumed and cleaned everything! The standing water... caused the carpet to separated at the threshold and he even took care of that! That is important to me, as I am partially disabled and would have only fallen on the raised carpet and possibly broke a few things along with my neck! I definitely can't get the floor cleaned and still get up right now and hire a cleaning service to do those task for me. I truly love the amazing team we have here! If you stay here don’t use their appliances. They have roaches and it is in the refrigerator and oven. No central air and I had problem with odor before they move me to another apartment and I had to stay on them about that. If you don’t sign another year lease they will charge you extra for month to month. I will not recommend no one to stay there until they upgrade the complex

The plumbing is old and kitchen sink backed up more than once. They had to make a hole in the bathroom ceiling to fix some pipes. I moved out early after giving move than 60 days notice, knew it was pre-leased and did not get refunded for the extra 10 days that the new tenant moved in.

The office manager is great , my e-mails or calls are always returned right away and my concerns are all ways taken care of. A Good place to live.

This place needs new office pple in it were they aren’t afraid to leave the office and see all the drug activity and drug selling and I’ve seen pple put needles in there arms .... there’s Ben a lot of activity going on across the street and they haven’t did anything about it this place is so bad..me and my lady is waiting for our lease to be up so we can move out of this drug infested place.... I really hope the main person that runs these apartments will fire everyone and hire pple that’s not... afraid of getting out of the office and check what’s going on and new maintenance workers the ones that work here likes to make fun of pple... this place needs a ton of work done to it to...like our bathroom shower tile is falling off the wall they haven’t Ben no one I mean no one here to fix it ..... we have 7 or 8 months for the lease to end me and my lady can’t wait ??????????????????
