I ha e been at Palm Aire for a couple years now and I can only share how much I love it here. The pool and gym is an added bonus.

Bryan is doing a great job!! New maintenance staff is professional and gets things done!! The apartments are beautiful and the prices are great!! So happy to live here!

The transition from old management to new was uncertain, but our new Property Manager Bryan, has given this property life in less than 2 weeks. Maintenance requests are getting done same day in a lot of cases, communication is great, and the pool is open!!! Thank you to the new management team. I’m very confident that things will only get better.

New management has came in. I called to get my air repaired. Bryan the new manager had someone out the next day to repair my air . It got fixed. Also since Bryan has joined the new team, the grass has been up to par and also the pool should be open within a few days . We all have downfalls but Bryan came to fix up the mess and has done a great job within the few days he has been in the office .

Management at has apparently changed and boy does it show. You can’t get in touch with anyone, no one is running the front office. We can’t pay rent, people are receiving eviction notices w/ 7 days to vacate. People have received rent increases w/o notice. We have no access to any of the amenities. The garbage is unattended and overflowing, pool closed, Grass not being cut, Maintenance issues not being addressed and the list goes on and on. Basically they abandoned the property. I’ve never seen... anything like it. Thankfully the news has gotten involved. Check out the news story about Finishline Apts. Absolutely horrific if you’re a current tenant like myself.
