Management Company

I signed an agreement last September 6, 2017 to have our rent taken out each month and that happened each and every month, well we got a new "manager" and she failed to take the money out and then had the gull to send us a rent past due notice and when I took the paper down that I had signed in September, 2017, she said that is not my fault and I said oh but it is missy, and she then retyped the information in and and I left her office, which was April 6th, 2018. When I checked our account on… the 9th of April the great "new manager" had taken our rent plus an additional $50 late fee, we were not late, she made a huge mistake and yes I was talking very loudly because of this and she picked up her phone and started backing up to the wall and told me to get out of the office because I scarred her. I am 71 years old and at this time am recovering from a broken shoulder. When I to our apartment my phone was ringing and when I answered it there was a horrible person on the other end by the name of "Sean, Shawn"don't know his last name and he was yelling at me and telling me I could never step into the office again because I frighten the "manager" and then proceeded to call me names and etc. What a professional management company. Renters beware
