i currently live here, and ive been living here since march 2013 and i saw roaches in the first year and ive seen them up until 2016. in 2015 after the whole community complain about the roach problem for three years management finally agreed to spray once a month for a year. the roach problem has finally calmed down a lot but i still see a roach once or twice a week on my kitchen counter or crawling from my refrigerator to my dishwasher. i am a very clean person so i know im not the one causing... them to stay. three months ago from June 2016 some of the tents in the building across from ,me got bed bugs. management never let any of the other tents with out bed bugs know. the bed bug are spreading through out the community at a alarming rate. i asked my landlord what they plan to do about he bed bugs? he responded in a very rude, disrespectful and hostel manor. I quote,"I am not responsible for the bed bugs and I will not have the apartment community sprayed and if you do get them the tents will have to pay $250.00 to take care of the bed bugs." My building has not gotten them.... oh and by the way the apartment community consist of four buildings and two outta four buildings have bed bugs so far. they only have one laundry room for all four apartment buildings. four washers and two dryers. one of the washer is always broken and the dryers get extremely too hot and will shrink your clothes if you put them on the normal setting, some of the one bedroom have mold in the ceilings and the plumbing is terrible because the pipes leek and you'll have wet spots in walls and ceilings.
