Hurstbourne Landing Apartments

The roof fell in. Twice. Management refused to fix BOTH times. The A.C went out for 3 months during summer. Again, management refused to fix that too. They renovated the bathroom while I lived there and the switch was OUTSIDE the bathroom when they where done. The windows sealed so bad that bugs where getting in. Also 1 month after we moved out the toiled literally EXPLODED. Don't risk your life and move someplace else.

I lived here for almost 2 years, apartments are very spacious and you can’t beat the price, but Management is horrible; no one answers the phone in the office when you call
They provide you with an emergency phone # to report if you have a maintenance emergency, which is useless because you can call and report your emergency many times and no one will do anything about it
The maintenance man is very rude and not professional at all he’s always upset and seems to have an attitude. Prior to me... leaving I paid a professional carpet cleaner and deep cleaned the entire apartment left it better than I had received it and never got my deposit back
I honestly don’t recommend this place to anyone

Excellent apartment 1st class renovations very friendly people I seen the negative reviews but my daughter just rented a apartment there it was ready on time and couldn't be more happy. Owner is a great man also cares about the tenants. Continuing to make improvements.

Needs better management and tennants....maybe finish renovation
