Terrible

Muy malo, realmente no lo recomiendo. La piscina enfermó a algunos vecinos, 1 o los 2 elevadores rotos, olor a marihuana todo el tiempo, tows injustos por solo 15 minutos de visita les llevan los autos a los visitantes, la alarma antiincendios se enciende a cada rato, no management, basura en los pisos, un precio que no refleja el servicio que brindan...

Cockroach central!!

If you aren’t afraid of thousands of cockroaches then is the place for you! The worst apartments ever and the maintenance department doesn’t care!!

Amazing apartment

I absolutely love the ICON
I was greeted by the lovely lady at the front, she had such a positive attitude! She showed me around and everything looked great! This will definitely be my future home.

Home rental/ maintenance

I would like to say for the most everyone is kind. My problem is l don't think the gate works half the time. The lounge I was showed when they gave me a tour is not open. My money I told them when I first got here knew I had rental insurance with state farm was not taken off with them a year and a half later to be told I can't have all the money they took from me. Oh I had to get proof of the insurance before they would take it off. First day I got the apartment they knew. My car was towed… because I was scared to come in the building. I felt unsafe. Roaches a big problem here.trash half picked up. Building is not clean at times. Weed smell ALL the time
