Warning to cat owners
This is a good apartment at a good price, but it is not a cat-friendly environment and should not be advertised as such. Requiring cats to undergo declawing is not a cat-friendly position. Declawing is essentially removing a body part and frequently causes pain, refusal to use the litter box, and other behavioral problems. The ASPCA and Humane Society of America are also against declawing cats and support banning (or at least restricting) this medical procedure. Rather than requiring a painful... and potentially harmful medical procedure, they should simply say that they are not cat friendly.
