All my neighbors are very nice, gentle men have a gathering at the pond on Saturday, and the gym is awesome!!! There is security for safety and lots of spots are walking distance, or even faster bike ride.

Love that it’s close to work and close to friends in the community. The gym is great, I feel like that’s the only thing that can justify how expensive rent is though.

I’ve been living at Mallard Crossing for almost two years and would definitely recommend to friends and family! Neighbors are friendly, maintenance staff is efficient, and the office staff are always ready to assist!
