Poor ownership

Issues with plumbing, black mold and electrical upon move in. Their solution to black mold on the ceiling after a water leak, clean it off and paint over it. Dryer plugs wired wrong. A joke.

Not sure if this was meant for River Breeze Apts due to we have never had a report or issue with mold in an apartment nor dryer plugs wired wrong.

maintenance is good

well when i say maintenance i mean jp very good dude dependable reliable guy one of the best out of all the ones who work here
