Summit Place Apartments

My wife and I absolutely love living at Summit Place Apartments for the past nine years! This apartment is truly our home, offering the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and a wonderful community.

One of the biggest highlights of our experience has been the exceptional management team. The property manager, has always been kind, professional, and attentive, making sure residents feel valued and heard. The the maintenance director, has been outstanding—quick to respond to any requests and... always going above and beyond to keep everything in top shape, and lastly the Leasing Consultant and Receptionist is always helpful. Their dedication makes living here an absolute pleasure.

The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a well-thought-out layout that made everyday living easy and enjoyable. The peaceful, well-kept community and the ideal location—close to shopping, dining, and parks while still offering a quiet, friendly neighborhood—makes this a fantastic place to call home.

This is my 4th year living here and I have to say.... I LOVE this community. Following are some reasons why.
- The location is fantastic! Close to Norton Commons, close to the paddock shops and close to the highway. Yes, I said the highway and my building is next to the highway and I hardly ever hear it.
- The community is not giant and I love that.
- I have a one bedroom unit and it's a really nice size.
- The pool is great. Exceptionally clean and never packed.
- My neighbors are all very... nice and I've made friends with others in other buildings.
- The staff is incredible. Tammy, the property Manager is truly top notch. Extremely responsive and extremely kind.
- This winter was the worst winter I remember since I have lived in Kentucky (almost 14 years now) and they handled the snow/ice storm like a champ. They literally were removing the snow, putting it in a dump truck and removing it from the property.
- I didn't have a shovel to dig my car out, they let me use theirs.
- I emailed that I couldn't get into my mailbox... fixed the same day.
- I emailed that my dishwasher didn't work.... replaced the next day.

All-in-all just a wonderful community and wonderful staff. I have urged many people who are looking for a home to look here first.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Summit Park Place. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and have a great layout. The location is perfect, with a Kroger, Publix, Dunkin’, and an Indian restaurant just minutes away. Plus, Costco and Norton Hospitals are also nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The management and maintenance teams are friendly and responsive, which adds to the overall great experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable place in Louisville!

My husband and I have lived in this complex since 2018 and haven’t considered leaving. Every complex has its pitfalls, but this has been by far the best complex we have ever been in. When you bring issues to the staff, they do what they can to help out. Doug has been our maintenance guy for a while now and always tries to help even though he is swamped. The location is ideal because you’re in the sweet spot where you can still get to all of the shops and stores but you’re not in the busiest part... of town. Lived here since 2009. It is such a nice community. Never have had any problems. Any maintenance problems are taken care of quickly. The staff are always so friendly and responsive. I love the parties that they have. I’ve always had very nice and quiet neighbors. Y’all come and join us.
