Both the office and the maintenance staff at the Grove are great to deal with. All staff members are personal and professional. They are prompt to address any issues that arise. The premises are well maintained year-round. Access to two malls are minutes away, and Shelbyville Road provides a large variety of restaurants.

I really don't want to talk about the grove at lyndon, this is literally a survey about my service request :/ so the staff that were working with us and setting up indoor AC units to address the broken h vac system with a temporary solution were courteous and a delight to have in the apartment servicing it. However during installation of the floor unit in the living room, after taping everything in place with the metallic insulating tape he noticed the hose outside the apartment wasn't in the… position he wanted. He took the tape off the foam piece wedged between the door and wall to open the door and adjust, which disrupted the tape holding the hose in place as well (a hose that seems to not be the correct size). He did not apply any new tape, simply adjusting the hose with the tape already on it and sticking the used tape back onto the foam partition and door. . . Leaving the tape sealing the foam in place to start peeling off and the hose to fall out of place. I've been having to try to fix and jimmy rig this with the only tape available to me which was painters tape since last night.
