Although we are not completely moved in with all our furniture, my son has been staying at the apartment with our dog. All maintenance request we’ve found and reported have been taken care of in a very timely manner, and everyone is very, very helpful and nice and polite. They all seem to care about making us happy and comfortable.

My a/c went out for a couple of days. I placed a work order the night of the second day. The next morning, Mr. Greg went out to fix the issue. The air was blowing now but not cold. He went out again the next morning and got it fixed. Quick response from the maintenance crew and staff.
