The Grove apartment complex is located in a very nice part of Louisville. The property sets slightly back off of a main road and has a very nature-filled and home-like vibe to it. It's close to every type of business you can imagine yet still in a suburban living environment.

Rose was very nice and helpful. Very unsatisfactory move in conditions. I am fine with the apartment. I have documented every inch of this place and if you all accept these move in conditions then that’s fine. I’m not sure how aware the property management is with these move in conditions.
