This place currently has no main manager or assistant, one person the leasing manager was left to handle a 3 person job. Please don't move here. I have lived here for a few years and it's been nothing but hell and look forward to moving out.

JUST CAN'T DEAL WITH THEM

Just Don't Do it...To much to explain. It's all good at first then all hell breaks loose after said & Done.. I Relocate last month from there.. Still waiting for my Deposit Return.

Do Not Move Here!!

Very noisy apartments. Residents have zero respect for others and seem to do what ever they like.. I don't pay full rent to be walked on by others and have my lease breached 'right to a peaceful environment' getting things fixed around here takes months! They only seem to care about how it looks on the outside and that you'll pay rent. All decent people that have respect are moving and it will happen until they start watching who they let in here. I give these apartment's B for looks F- for… everything else

A Community Within A Neighborhood

The representatives of Watterson Lakeview always have a friendly, professional approach with the guests, residents, and future applicants. I was extremely satisfied with the walk through of the house before a move-in. This act shows that they care about their residents and only want what is best for the people in this community. Community within the neighborhood is what they strive for the most. Watterson is different from other residences because they provide various activities for children and… adults throughout the month as evident on their monthly calendar and Neighborhood post. The maintenance team is fast and efficient; when a order is called in it takes no time for the problem to be fixed. I recommend anyone looking for a communal family to apply with Watterson Lakeview.
