Excellent apartment!
I’ve lived at Willow oaks since 2015. The property is clean and quiet thanks to the property manager Jacky & Mike. The apartments are spacious & our neighbors have always been quiet & courteous. There have also been a ton of improvements from newly stained/painted stairs last year, a new dog park, and new washing machines. If you’re looking for a quiet place to live that’s close to EVERYTHING I 10/10 would recommend.

Great place
Moved here since 2018, good pricing and very responsive staff, the property manager Jacky always goes beyond on creating a good relationship with residents. I feel like a family here.

Great Place to live
I moved in September 2017. I love it!!! The staff is awesome, very kind, friendly, and helpful. My apartment is spacious and my neighbors are quiet, which is definitely a plus and the grounds are very well kept. Wish I knew about Willow Oaks along time ago.

No place like home...
I lived in these apartments in a 1BR about 750ft for around 2.5 years. I actually moved out around May 2018 and had procrastinated to leave feedback. I have to tell you, this is the best apartment I have ever lived in, and serviced by the best staff! This place is a hidden diamond in the "not so rough". Location is great, close to so many amenities! Jacky and Mike are some of the kindest most honest folks you could know. I trusted them 100% with any issue I had, (there were not many). The... utilities are cheap, staff is friendly, neighbors are quite and respectful, what else can you ask for?

LOVE IT!!
I have lived in these apartments for nearly two years. Positives- Spacious floorplan, tons of closets, quiet area, convenient to Bardstown Rd. Love the manager Jackie, always easy to talk to and deal with. When we first moved in our A/C stopped working it was fixed that day. Mike the maintenance man is always friendly and responsive. They always decorate the complex for the season. Neighbors have always been very nice and friendly. Negatives- No washer and dryer although there is an on-site... laundry facility and a laundromat just around the corner that is pretty quiet. Only bathrooms are in your bedrooms so guests have to walk through your bedroom to go.
