If you want cheap repairs, flooded kitchens, rude staff, and loud neighbors that play music until 2AM this is the right place for you.
This place, and corporate of Brookside Properties does not care about you, they only care about their money from you, they don’t care if you’re happy here. They are fake and nice at first before you move in, but once you’re in you are stuck.
Trash stays fulls constantly with lots of random broken furniture that says there for weeks, no room for your trash bags… .
The music is ridiculous. If you want to see how loud it is before you move in come on down Friday-Saturdays around 7:30PM-2AM, I’ve seen The cops come multiple times and they always turn it back on once they leave. If you have kids or work weekends good luck in getting any sleep at all.
Also if you want a flooded kitchen every time it rains you’ll love it here. I tried to get it fixed a while ago but maintenance said it was too expensive because they’d have to buy a new door and that it’s not important enough to fix.
The whole complex is a mess with random trash everywhere, beer cans from the late night parties, bugs everywhere due to full trash and the late night parties.
If you work Monday through Friday good luck on doing laundry because you’re only allowed to do laundry when they are open which is Monday-Friday. Read More

I do not recommend this property at ALL. The units are extremely overpriced & poorly renovated. You fill out a punch list when you move in but don't expect anything to be fixed. You could see daylight around my entire door from the lack of weather stripping. The parking lots and sidewalks between buildings have no lighting or security & cars get broken into regularly because of it. Not an enjoyable place to rent.

We Have been without Air conditioning for 3-4 months now and it is July ( Very High temperatures) you put in a request and they deny them constantly , say they will fix it next month then never come around and will have so many excuses . Inside The house Temperature rises to 90-94 degress and they do not care . I recommend you don’t move here , management is terrible and maintenance doesn’t care . Wish I had corporates number because I believe they don’t know .

I visited this property while it was under renovation and the improvements are so dope. The townhomes are a decent size and in a good location to get around Nicholasville, or hop over to Lexington. The new management was very friendly as well! Definitely check them out.
