Mouse infestation
Our unit is infested with mice. Our entire building is infested, as well as many others. I have resorted to trying to bait them onto the traps. We have not been able to cook in our kitchen for a month now due to the mouse problem. We have sunk over $300 in groceries due to contamination. This problem has gone on for two and a half months. Whatever pest control is doing ISNT working, and they have been out more than five times at this point. All appliances need to be taken out, inspected, and... make sure there are no more holes in the kitchen. I am almost positive there’s a hole behind the stove.
There were holes in the cabinets, behind the dishwasher, as well as underneath the sink. The mice are IN the walls and ceilings.
We like living here, but our unit is not livable how it is. We pay almost $1500 a month for a unit that my 1 year old can’t be on the floor in, and we can’t cook in. This needs to be fixed properly ASAP. This problem is affecting our quality of lives, as well as putting our health at risk.
I have taken all appropriate steps to report this all to management, and their band aids aren’t working- but they refuse to actually FIX the problem.
