Friendly and Informative

In the first week of moving here, I already feel like I’m at home. The people on the on-site property were eager to greet me because they wanted to show me in person exactly what I would be entitled to. Considering I moved across states to find the best relocation area for work, they wanted to show me the history of the town as well as what came with the complex. Not only do they have affordable living, but the quality of life so far has been a joy to experience and the surrounding plazas are… also a big bonus. I would highly recommend anyone looking to live in Owensboro to park their lives here in Bluegrass Villas.

Great living

Great place and great staff. Maintenance is quick to address issues. Communication from office is always flowing and the app keeps everything in one location.

Family friendly

Great community! With the car wash and pool and the location of the complex it’s the best place in town to live. But it is very expensive!!

Family Friendly
