My husband and I have lived in this apartment for about a year now. The rent is very affordable and when we moved in it was newly remodeled so of course the place is beautiful. My only concerns, why I rated four stars, is the neighborhood can be kind of shady although there is a lot of children in our neighborhood. Also, we have replaced every light bulb in the apartment since we moved in. I don't know if it was an electrical problem or bad wiring. My final complaint, although this is common, is... all the walls and doors are white so of course they show every little mark that's made on them.
