Lone Oak Manor

Hi my name is nieisha Oneal. I'm 20 years old and I also have a 1year old son. I just moved into my apartment.I have been here for a month now and last not to say the least I'm not satisfied. The environment around me is oh so okay but the inside of my apartment is not in good shape .The carpet is new but my kitchen sink always leaks when I I wash my dishes. It leaks on both sides. The cabinets always fall down from the hinges and I'm the one that has to screw it back on due to the fact that the... whole apartment complex only has 1 maintenance man. There are only 76 apartments.I also have a pest problem with flys.I'm a very clean and particular person when it comes to cleaning but somehow I always end up with flys in my windows. I never have my windows open there are cracks in the windows. Also around my toliet it's black like it's meldow or something. I have a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartments are 1,2,and three bedroom apartments. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment with a large living room and large kitchen with a bath and a half. There is a nice roomy closet in master bedroom with smaller closets in the smaller bed rooms. The kitchen has a lot of cabinets and storage room. The complex has a playground for the children and comes with plenty of parking. There is also a elementary school down the street and has a baseball field across the street from the complex as well.... This is a good, quiet neighborhood and I love it here! Read More
