New management
The office staff is amazing they are helpful and friendly. If they could get anything fixed that breaks on the same day they will do just that this property has turned around tremendously now that they have the right staff. I love my place.

DONT DO IT
Calenthia is great and tries her best. Im not sure who the other person is but she has a very poor attitude.I told her that if what needed to be fixed wasn't relayed than I will be leaving and now she is calling me for money and saying i did not give notice although she never fulfilled the request and was and is rude. Constantly running toilet and tub, falling apart ceiling and tub, RATS., constant bugs and lizards and constantly in danger with the constant shooting and drug dealers!

I hate & I don’t like to do reviews but, if it were up to me they wouldn’t get any stars
I would never ever suggest these apartments if they were the last apartment somewhere to rent out if I knew I would have such a horrible ordeal with these people I would have never never never never have renting from these people now I’m kind of stuck in a rock and a hard place because you know once you’re ready to move out it’s really really hard
But anybody who knows once you’re renting a place you’ve put you down payments now I’m on all your utilities on your deposit on a mean everything is... not easy especially for me to move I give this place a zero stars and I’m not sure that it will let me do that but I want to tell you don’t buy all means let the price for you and suck you win but turnover rate is crazy every month people leave even after a month or two. I HAVE NOT 1 PRO & 50-60 cons

These apartments and management are a joke.
This apartment is not family friendly. It's so not safe here people have tried to break in my home several times. Maintenance takes forever to fix any and all things that they are suppose to do. Also they have the worst management about every nine months there is a new manager. Not because we need one because the district manager is so horrible and it's not because of their management skills. As far as it goes it's really a joke. And so are the comments from a year ago.
