Warning: Be Cautious Before Renting Here and I highly recommend avoiding this property.

I strongly advise others to be very careful with this property. There have been serious safety concerns, unfair charges, and questionable policies. For example, one day my door was locked automatically without any reason. When I called them, they remotely unlocked it—but still charged me $50. Even worse, three days later, I was hit with a $175 late fee, which made no sense.

The apartment itself was in terrible condition when I moved in—dirty and clearly not properly prepared. I filed a… complaint, but nothing was done to fix the issues. Due to the poor condition and constant problems, I decided to move out early.

After I checked out, I received a final statement full of unexpected and unjustified charges. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Based on my experience, I believe this property is poorly managed and potentially operating in bad faith.

I highly recommend avoiding this property.

We take concerns regarding charges and unit conditions… seriously. Prior to move-in, each apartment is thoroughly inspected, and any issues reported to our team are addressed as quickly as possible. Additionally, our leasing structure and policies—including those related to lockouts and late fees—are clearly outlined in the lease agreement and reviewed with each resident at the time they sign for a lock out.

While we understand that shared living and individual leasing can sometimes present unique challenges, we work hard to support all residents throughout their stay. Super chill living environment

I have been living in the Arlington for the last 2 years and it has honestly been amazing I have had no issues our ac broke down but maintenance was literally on it the same day. Would highly recommend. The location is also amazing

Arlington Apartments

I have lived here for over a month now and I have no complaints so far. Everything was very clean when I moved in and if there was maintenance needed, they have came every time in under 2 days. I am very impressed so far since living here and it is so convenient to get to campus, it only takes about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic!

THE WORST

Air conditioning didn't work the day I moved in they never fixed it. can't even find the lease to check if its okay maintenance is horrible. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE

In the event an AC is out, we do have window units… available while repairs take place or parts are on order. We can also send you a copy of your lease agreement!

Maintenance Issues

My daughter lives at Arlington with several roommates. They have been without AC for A WEEK. The manager will not call me back after leaving messages and emailing. They keep promising to repair or replace the AC but again it has been a week. The units themselves and the amenities are great but management does not care at all about the residents. While all this is going on, the management office is closed for FOUR days for training. Hopefully that training includes how to properly respond to… maintenance and contact requests.
