Top Notch

While the property is barebones in terms of amenities, it has more than enough charm, great mgmt, convenience and affordability. As a single female I always felt safe. I find myself missing all that this property offered which can’t be quantified or found on a itemized checklist of features.
Looking for affordable quality where u can actually live your life AND have a nice place, then BBT is the place for you!! I may just see ya there. (I’m probably moving back soon)
