Stay far away. Unsafe, money-hungry management, ignored maintenance and infestations. Broken appliances never fixed. Don’t move here.

They moved us into an apartment filled with black mold inside the cabinets in the kitchen, behind the dryer, and in the closet with the air conditioning filters for sure! It was nasty and horrible! They offered to move us into a newly renovated apartment by a certain time, but we didn't move until a month later. So I would rate the service as poo! ????. They are ridiculously expensive for these kind of problems. Take your money somewhere else!

I love it here in the palisades the staff are very friendly and treat me like family. They maintain the property well and the maintenance staff are great as well. It's a one stop shop here. Very convient to campus and my Job.

Living in the psades is what most would say "College Life" like every apartment complex it has its pros and cons... WAYYYYY better than living on campus you have your own everything basically. Share washer and dryer and kitchen. 9 times out of 10 the match you with perfect room mates. They not strict AT ALL. which is great as a student. they have plenty events for us to do, and the staff is awesome! When moving in I suggest you bring everything (already furnish) as if your were moving in your... house. You have your own spacious room and bathroom which is a big plus to me.
