They don’t work with you. It’s not worth the price I pay for student living. No pool no gym, paying a garbage fee and I have to walk to the garbage…

It is very clean, you have to stay on top of maintenance, but that is just anywhere, other than that it is great! I like how private each of the rooms is, and they are decent for how much rent is. The rent is relatively cheap.

This house has been a nice place to live overall. It’s spacious, comfortable, and in a convenient location close to school. The layout makes it feel very homey, and I’ve appreciated the quiet neighborhood. Like any house, there are a few small things that could use improvement, but they haven’t taken away from the overall experience of living here. The office has been responsive and willing to help, which has made a big difference. I’d recommend this house to someone looking for a solid,... affordable rental.”
