Terrible Flooding Problem
Our apartment flooded twice in the first half of 2026. The parking lot floods frequently and I once got so much water in the carpet of my car that I had to have the interior disassembled for mold remediation. The back of the complex gets the worst of the flooding. The first flood was so bad that it required a week of loud remediation equipment that kept our apartment at least 80 degrees even at night, as well as weeks of intermittent repairs to baseboards, drywall, and flooring. Two days... after the second flood, we gave up and applied to lease with a different complex. If you’re gonna live here, get an apartment on the second floor and never park your car in the southwest corner of the parking lot. Also, make sure you have comprehensive car insurance in case there’s a massive flood like they had in 2021.
The staff are decent people, though.
