since living in the NEWLY RENOVATED apartment less than a year, we’ve killed bout 15 Rats and mice. They pooped up and down the stairs. They EVEN POOPED ON MY newly bought SOFA. YALL, I HAD JUST LITERALLY GOT IT!!! Literally playing exterminator EVERYDAY. Clean up woman EVERYDAY, VACUUMING UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS EVERYDAY. Using our money to buy traps. I’m traumatized from staying here.

My wife and I are grateful to have lived here for the last four years. Renee (the manager) and the staff in the office are wonderful. The apartments are really great, especially for the price. Maintenance is very responsive. Renee was very helpful with anything we brought to her attention. If you're looking for good affordable housing, Shenandoah Bend is a great option.

My girlfriend and I have been living here for about two weeks and it is simply fantastic! They do their best to make sure the unit is clean and up to date before you move in; they really look great! It's a quite and nice area with friendly residents. The staff are also friendly, punctual with replies, and do their best to fix any issues you have!
Highly recommend!

I've been here for a little over a year now and am very pleased. This complex has been around for quite a while - you are not going to get all the bells and whistles of a brand new apartment and if that's what you're looking for you will be disappointed. What you will get is a very good size apartment that is well built and really does feel like home and isn't costing you a ridiculous amount of money. Overall the complex is very quiet and any noise from your neighbors is minimal. Management is... responsive to any issues. If I had to pick an issue it would be that the buildings (and especially the upstairs outside windows) need a very good cleaning/power wash.

I love Shenandoah bend! It's a quiet community tucked away. The entire office team including maintenance is great. The neighbors are friendly, the apartments are quaint and I love the park, it's perfect for my daughter! So glad I chose here to call home.
