Great

Living here for the past year has been a fantastic experience. From day one, the move-in process was smooth and seamless thanks to the incredibly friendly and responsive leasing team. Any questions or maintenance requests I've had were addressed quickly—usually within 24 to 48 hours—by a professional and respectful site team.

Don’t sleep on this community!

I can’t say enough good things about Reserve at Joor! What really makes this place special is the office staff. They genuinely care about their residents and are always willing to go the extra mile to help. Anytime I’ve needed something, they’ve been friendly, responsive, and made me feel like it actually mattered. That kind of service is hard to find these days. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home!

BUG AND ROACH PROBLEM

Everything is good here, they just have roach n bug problem. Pest control only came here once since being open in December. The roaches and bugs are steadily increasing throughout the weeks, coming from in between walls, it’s really hard to be comfortable. I just seen 4 roaches in a span of 20 mins, and i tried calling the office 3 times back to back, no pickup from them it’s hard to get in touch fr. Other than that it’s a nice place but this is a major problem

poor Communication

I filled out an application for this apartment two weeks ago and haven't heard anything back from them. I've been trying to call them MULTIPLE days now all at different times throughout the day. I went to the office and they had the CLOSED sign up and the door was locked but when I went back days later they told me they were open. They have NO communication skills and you can never get in touch with them.
