Professional AND Friendly

Very nice and friendly staff!! Can’t wait until the renovations are finished because I know it’s going to look amazing. Went for a tour and they’re the nicest staff I’ve met by far.

The property is changing.

The property changed a lot in the last year and a half. They are under new management and you can see it. They started renovating and updating not only outside of the property ( new roof, windows, and pool) but inside of the apartments as well.

Horrible!!

I just recently moved in and I hate it, Trash everywhere, raccoons come out every day around 8pm soon as the sun comes down. They are fearless. Management does nothing about it

Too much to list it all.

I have a family memeber that lives here. I was considering moving here, but theres so much wrong with this complex. The gate is a hit or miss. Sometimes its wide open and other times the gate is glitching. When you get in, the guest parking is far away from the middle apartments. If you dare to park in the resident parking, you will be booted. Theres always trash and dog poop on the ground. The apartment that my cousin lives in looks nothing like the pictures posted. And the deal breaker for me… was when I inquired about dog breeds, I was told that pit bulls were not allowed. Ive seen at least 3 pit bulls in the complex. I have pit bulls and I know exactly what they look like. I opted for another complex.
